Meet Doctor Chloe DC

Hello,

My name is Chloe, and I am a Doctor of Chiropractic, having graduated from the ever growing college of McTimoney, with schools and clinics located in multiple countries around the world. My journey into chiropractic care began in January 2019, and since then, I have had the privilege of caring for a diverse range of people from all walks of life, helping them improve their everyday lives.

Throughout my journey, I have been honored with two awards: the Student of the Year Award in 2021, voted for by my colleagues and fellow doctors of chiropractic, and the Lorna Ridgeway Award in 2023, recognising my dedication to the student body and the McTimoney College. My passion for learning continues as I specialise in pediatrics and pregnancy, areas that I am deeply passionate about. I am now qualified in dry needling which is offered at Change Chiropractic, a certificate achieved at the start of 2026

Now a proud mummy to a beautiful son & daughter, I am focused on building my career to support my new little family. I have a deep passion for chiropractic care, the connection between mind and body, and helping people reach their full potential by guiding them toward better health and well-being.

Lets create Change Together.

Meet Holly

Hello,

My name is Holly and I am the massage therapist here at Change Chiropractic. I offer therapeutic massage, deep tissue and hot stone massage. I create bespoke massage treatments tailored to your needs. I have 19 years of experience in the beauty & wellbeing industry, my massage career began in 2009 training as a beauty therapist. I now have 2 gorgeous children of my own and am continuing my learning as I grow and support them.

Over the last 5 years and being on a healing journey myself, my focus has shifted towards health and wellbeing, specialising in helping to regulate the nervous system and fascia release massage to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. With my own personal experiences I understand how much it means to want to heal naturally getting to the root cause. For me, what I do is not just a job, it’s a purpose.

Alongside Change Chiropractic, I volunteer at Farleigh Hospice as part of their complementary wellbeing team, working across both inpatient and outpatient units — a role that has been incredibly rewarding and deeply enriching for me.

Dry needling & Massage

At Change Chiropractic, we’re proud to offer dry needling and therapeutic massage as part of our comprehensive approach to musculoskeletal health. These services complement chiropractic care by addressing soft tissue tension, improving circulation, and enhancing the body’s natural healing processes.

Dry needling targets trigger points within muscles to reduce pain and improve movement. It’s especially effective for chronic muscle tightness, sports injuries, and postural strain—conditions that often interfere with spinal alignment and recovery.

Massage therapy works hand in hand with chiropractic adjustments by promoting relaxation, decreasing inflammation, working with shifting the nervous system from a sympathetic state (fight, flight and freeze) to parasympathetic (rest and digest) state. Loosening tense muscles before or after an adjustment can help the body hold its alignment longer, leading to more lasting results.

By integrating these therapies, our clinic promotes a holistic model of chiropractic care—one that not only corrects joint dysfunction but also supports overall muscle and nerve health for better performance, comfort, and well-being.

The journey

Your Chiropractic Care Journey

1. New Patient Appointment

The new patient appointment is essential for starting the process of gathering key information for your plan of care. Before your appointment, you'll complete a detailed health questionnaire to provide the necessary information.

2. Physical Assessment

The physical assessment completes the information-gathering process, enabling the chiropractor to diagnose, report, refer if necessary, and create a personalised plan of care. A physical assessment is completed in the clinic for the chiropractor to gather orthopaedic and neurological testing results.

3. Report of Findings

Once the chiropractor has had the opportunity to gather a detailed history and completed necessary testing. A detailed report of findings is prepared which includes a diagnosis, a plan of care and, if necessary, a referral with GP correspondence.

4. Plan of Care

The plan of care is a personalised tailored plan, unique to each individual. The chiropractor discusses a plan designed specifically for your needs, offering a schedule of visits over a period of time, this will vary between each person. Throughout the plan, you will receive chiropractic care, guidance, and support to help manage your health and promote your body’s natural healing process.

5. Review of Care

Each plan of care has a start, a middle and an end. Once this plan comes to an end a review is conducted to assess your progress and reflect on how well your journey has unfolded. This is where some may need to continue with more intensive care while others may transition to prophylactic care.

6. Ongoing Care

Ongoing care is a long-term, reduced care plan aimed at maintaining the progress you’ve achieved. This promotes long term benfits essential for individuals in all stages of life, helping you sustain balance, mobility, support mental health and helps prevent new or recurring injuries, contributing to a energetic, balanced, and successful lifestyle.
